    2026 property market outlook / Kai Tak Cruise Terminal tender

    On Friday's programme, we talked to experts on Hong Kong's property market outlook in 2026. According to the latest official figures, home prices rose nearly 2.8 percent in the first 11 months of 2025. Are we expecting a continued recovery this year? And will prices continue to rise? We found out.

    After the break, we talked to the Commissioner for Tourism and a scholar about the future of the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. The government recently launched an open tender for a ten-year tenancy to operate and manage the terminal, after the agreement with the current operator expires in May 2028.

    "Two Sessions" NPC meeting wrap-up / Deliveroo leaving Hong Kong

    On Wednesday's Backchat, we’re looking into the key highlights of year’s “Two Sessions” meeting, which concluded in Beijing on Tuesday.

    The annual plenary session gathered nearly 3,000 deputies from across the country, with over 200 representatives from the SAR.
    Attendees discussed a range of issues, from plans to transform the nation into a tech powerhouse, to proofing the country’s economy against geopolitical uncertainties. So what role can Hong Kong play? We find out.
    In the second part of the show, we talk about Deliveroo’s exit from the Hong Kong market, leaving the city’s food delivery sector in the hands its two rivals.
