On this programme, we're joined by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury and a lawmaker to discuss the financial initiatives under the SAR's First Five-Year Plan and the Policy Address. As Hong Kong looks to strengthen its role as a global offshore financial hub, the government is planning to expedite the development of an international gold trading market.
