On this programme, we take a closer look at the 2026-27 Budget.
For the first time in four years, the government recorded a surplus. Financial Secretary Paul Chan said Hong Kong's public finances have improved faster than expected due to a buoyant equity market and accelerated economic growth. After that, we heard more about a recent medical breakthrough. University of Hong Kong researchers have found that a diabetes drug may help restore fertility in women with ovarian insufficiency.
