On Tuesday's Backchat, we're looking into the question of whether public doctors should be held criminally liable for a patient’s death, in certain circumstances.
Two doctors have been charged with manslaughter over the case of a patient who suffered from acute liver failure before her death more than five years ago.
It has led to discussions on the extent to which doctors should be held accountable for medical mis-takes, as well as the pressure being placed on hospital staff in the busy public healthcare system.
After 9.15, we're talking about the legacy of Uncle Ray Cordeiro, the world’s most durable DJ and RTHK legend, who passed away last Friday at the age of 98.
