On Thursday's Backchat we're talking about the government's decision to expand Hong Kong's talent list to lure more overseas professionals to work here.
Medical staff, construction workers, artificial intelligence specialists and those in the performing arts are among almost 40 new professions that have been added to Hong Kong's Talent Pass scheme.
The move will make it easier for employers to hire them from overseas.
But lawmakers have expressed mixed views about the government's decision.
So what do you think? What impact will it have on the local labour market? How useful will it be in tackling the labour shortage problem?
After 9:45am, we get reaction from a former Hong Kong footballer about the recent match-fixing scandal.
