Hong Kong's appeal to visitors / SPCA's pet matching app

    主持人:Andrew Work and Brian Wong

On today's Backchat, we’re talking about how Hong Kong can step up its tourism game.

The government’s banking on mega-events and initiatives such as its night vibes campaign to draw the tourists back, and figures from the lunar new year break shows that tourist numbers have rebounded back to pre-Covid levels.
But anecdotally, shops and restaurants say business could be better and tourists aren’t spending as much as they used to. Add to the mix the heightened pressure from rival destinations such as Singapore and it’s clear the local tourism sector has its work cut out to get back on top.
How’s Hong Kong doing in distinguishing itself from its rivals? What more can we do?
