And from China to Ukraine, where does Kamala Harris stand on foreign policy, and what implications would she have for this part of the world?

Guidelines on sexual harassment at university / Audit report on Rehabus service

    主持人:Jenny Lam and Philip Wong

On today's Backchat, we're talking about harassment on university campuses.
Lingnan University announced that it would introduce new measures to oversee student orientation camps for first year students, amidst reports that some engaged in "kissing games" as well as allegations of sexual harassment at other universities last year.
Under the new rules, organisers will need to attend a workshop, seek school approval prior to launching orientation events and designate an ambassador to keep watch on potential harassment.
The university's move comes as the Equal Opportunities Commission briefed lawmakers earlier this week on steps it will take to help universities fight harassment, with enhanced collaboration between the body and tertiary institutions on the pipeline.
Is on-campus harassment more common than we think? Can student bodies self-regulate? Or should campus administrations step-up their scrutiny?
After 9:45, we' talk about the service levels of Rehabus, after an Audit Commission report found the service to be underused.
