On Wednesday's programme, we looked at British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's visit to China last week. His visit was the first to Beijing by a UK leader in eight years, following in the footsteps of other Western leaders looking to deepen cooperation with China. He met President Xi Jinping, and the leaders signed a number of economic deals, as well as an agreement for visa-free travel to China for British Passport holders.
After the break, we spoke with the President of the Hong Kong, China Tennis Association on Spanish ace Carlos Alcaraz becoming the youngest career grand slam winner after lifting his maiden Australian Open title.
And finally, we runned through some of the highlights from a recent pet show at the Convention and Exhibition Centre, which featured over a thousand exhibitors, alongside dogs and cats.
