On Tuesday’s Backchat, talked about the economic blueprint unveiled at China’s third plenum The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China concluded last week, and the full text of the "Resolution of CPC Central Committee on further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization.” was only released on Sunday. This resolution, particularly relevant to Hong Kong and Macao, emphasizes the need to fully utilize the “one country, two systems” thoroughly; strengthening Hong Kong's international status and supporting the creation of high-end international talents in Hong Kong and Macao.
