On Tuesday's Backchat, we're talking about the interruption to water supplies in Tung Chung on Sunday night and Monday morning.
At least 120,000 residents were left with no water after a burst water main near Sunny Bay cut supplies to the new town for about 12 hours.
Some restaurants had no choice but to suspend operations while one school cancelled classes.
The Water Services Department deployed trucks to provide fresh water for residents.
Authorities have promised a thorough investigation into the incident, which has also focussed attention on the development of Tung Chung, where the population is expected to double in the next decade.
