On Monday's Brunch, we will be talking about micropractices and breathwork to help us feel grounded in the Year of the Horse. Psychotherapist and breathwork expert Clare Pemberton will be joining us in the studio after 10:30am. After 11am, Saadia Usmani will be here to talk about Ramadan. This year, the Chinese and Islamic calendars aligned, marking both Chinese New Year and Ramadan on the same day.
