    Christine Wong - The Vibrant Hong Kong Table

    On the show on Monday 5th January, after 10.30am, Shazia will be talking to Hong Kong born Chef Christine Wong, the award-winning author of The Vibrant Hong Kong Table, which reimagines 88 iconic Hong Kong dishes, but with a sustainable, plant based twist. Christine talks about how her cooking is deeply rooted in Hong Kong’s rich culinary traditions and what inspires her. After 11.30am, Raphael Blet will be in the studio to talk about the top stories of the day from Backchat and give us an insight into what’s coming up on the show tomorrow. Weekdays from 10:00 to 12:00 - Only on Radio 3!
