'Brunch' is packed full of radio goodness. We've got human interest stories, social issues, wellness, the latest on what’s happening around Hong Kong, and plenty of your favourite music.
At 10:30am, Cruz is joined by author Bonnie Tsui to talk about storytelling, identity and the themes explored in her writing. Then at 11am, Cruz chats with Louis Hou, Executive Director of KELY Support Group, about Juggling for Joy, a community event bringing people together through play while raising awareness around youth mental health and wellbeing.

On Brunch on Monday 2nd March, we will be talking about rugby, Will Smith and breaking World records. Live in the studio on Brunch today is Richard Parks, former international rugby player turned extreme polar athlete who became the first person in history to Trek both poles in a single year. Richard also holds the World record for the most solo miles ever skied in Antartica, and he’s back from filming a documentary called Pole to Pole with Will Smith which is airing on National Geographic.
