I'm sitting in for Brunch on RTHK Radio 3 this morning, 10am-12pm, and excited to have a busy little show lined up!
At 10:10am, we have the fabulous weekly Trash Talk programme with Mary Trent Long. At 10:30am Susie Watts, registered psychologist with MindNLife is in studio to talk to us about an important topic, supporting teens with anxiety and depression. After 11:30am, Jonathan Bell, founder of the Hong Kong Legal Walk joins us to tell us about this year's event.
