    On Tuesday's Brunch with Noreen, it's Noreen's very last one. After 10.40, we are chatting with children's book author Jean Lau about her Super Quirks sequel, The Birthday Mission. After 11, we turn to Operation Santa Claus. As we hear about one of the charity projects - “Dare to Dream”by Uplifters and EmpowerU. The initiative is aimed at empowering migrant domestic workers to become community leaders. We hear from Marie Kretz Di Meglio, Founder and CEO of Uplifters Limited.
