    John Marrett, Senior Analyst, Asia, at the Economist Intelligence Unit, tells James Ross that there were no big surprises and no game changers in Chief Executive John Lee’s Policy Address. He adds that the easing of property curbs will be a minor boost for the sector short term, but other fundamental factors will continue to undermine the market longer term.
    Enzio Von Pfeil, a capital preservation specialist at Financial Shield says more short term stimuli are needed to boost Hong Kong’s economy, adding that more vocational training would also be beneficial.
