In this final episode of The Purpose Pivot, Sally speaks with one of the most well-known plant-based chefs in Hong Kong. Famed for her raw vegan ‘cheeze’, Chef Tina Barrat is now a vegan private chef. Her menus range from five-course tasting brunches to weekly food deliveries, which are also gluten-free. In addition, she’s the culinary mastermind behind the city’s formerly beloved ‘Ma…and the Seeds of Life’ and ‘Maya Cafe’. But before all of this, you wouldn’t have guessed that Barrat was a jewellery designer, who’s brand first launched in 1999 to international acclaim.
