Welcome to The Brew, and the first day of World Space week... which we will get to soon. RTL Fance's Philippe Dova will be with you at 12.40, live from Tokyo. It's all about gastronomy and great music today. He'll explain why. So... to space. As always, Wednesday is 'classical' music day, but astronomy and the vast unknown have always fascinated artists and musicians or all kinds. So today, live from Bangkok, our expert Paul Archibald will introduce you to some wonderful music by the greats that will take you to deep into the final frontier. Hello. On Wednesday’s Brew we’ll start off at 12.10 with another visit to Chris Watts, who’ll be live from his Motion Dynamics studio in Central. Today he’s going to introduce you to all the trigger points on your trapezius… and stuff. Then, we’ll welcome back RTL France’s Philippe Dova, who will be with us from Tokyo. ‘Classical’ music day is having a holiday this week, but brass man to the stars, Paul Archibald, will be with you next week with another look at the world of the great masters. Tomorrow at 1.30 JC Viens will be with us, live from Italy, so Chef Neil Tomes will jump in a day earlier than normal today, with another start-to-finish recipe, from his Singapore kitchen. Join Chris, and Neil, on Facebook live as well. Every weekday 12.05 - 2pm email phil@rthk.hk or find us on Facebook
