Tracy Quan can't be with us this week so at 12.40 our motor sports man, Tim Huxley, will give you his 10 cents on the past weekend's Japanese Grand Prix. Then, at 1.25 we're off to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. No, really! That's where our Bureau Chief-at-large Neil Runcieman will be this week... earning his 'at-large' moniker.
