    The Brew

    簡介

    GIST

    主持人:James Ross (guest presenter)

Every weekday from noon, The Brew is a chat and music show. Hosted by Phil Whelan, guests include regular contributors and drop-ins, who span topics from current affairs to cookery, sport, the arts, technology, and music... lots of music. For 19 years, Phil has presented 'Morning Brew', but now that we've moved to the lunchtime spot, all we need to change is the name. We have the same MB crew coming to you on the same days, and we're open for business... as usual.

John Prymmer - Hong Kong music / Dr. David Gething - Animals

Today on The Brew , to celebrate World Radio Day, the one and only Baron Wanchausen, aka John Prymmer, will be with you at the top to bring us more 'Brewed in HK' goodness. Join him right after the news with another awesome selection of tracks by Hong Kong's superb artists and bands. At 1:25 today, our vet Dr. David Gething will be back to answer any of your furry questions and talk about a few bits and pieces of his own, including... mushrooms!
Phil will be away from tomorrow for a week, so James Ross will be Brewing you to perfection for a few days.

    主持人:James Ross (guest presenter)

James in for another week on The Brew. Monday means Rugby and the great Robbie McRobbie, head honcho at the HK China Rugby Union with success at the Asia Rugby Championship, a wrap of the Olympic Repechage in Monaco, and HK U20s are off to Scotland for the World Trophy (photo). That's at 12.10. After 12.30 our very own Muscle Man, Chris Watts from Motion Dynamics will be chatting about the rate of perceived exertion which is used to determine how to manage and gauge your intensity of physical exercise. It also has a muscle pain scale too. Then at 1.30 Neil Runcieman is live this week from Hua Hin in Thailand, as he compares Vietnam with it's "rich" neighbour. All that plus the best in music until 2pm. Listen live here: https://www.rthk.hk/radio/radio3
