    The Brew

    簡介

    GIST

    主持人:Phil Whelan

Every weekday from noon, The Brew is a chat and music show. Hosted by Phil Whelan, guests include regular contributors and drop-ins, who span topics from current affairs to cookery, sport, the arts, technology, and music... lots of music. For 19 years, Phil has presented 'Morning Brew', but now that we've moved to the lunchtime spot, all we need to change is the name. We have the same MB crew coming to you on the same days, and we're open for business... as usual.

Tracy Quan - New York correspondent / Philippe Dova - RTL France / Paul Archibald - Classical Music

Happy Wednesday Brewing. At 12:10 New York correspondent Tracy Quan will bring you all her latest news and views from the Big Apple. Then, at 12:40, we're off to Singapore, where we'll catch up with RTL France's Philippe Dova. At 1:25, we'll take 64 bars rest in the company of Paul Archibald in Bangkok, as today is... 'classical' music day. Today we meet another composer 'none of us have heard of but should'. He was absolutely brilliant but was only in his 20s when he died in the early 1800s. If you like Brahms and Schumann, then Norbert Burgmüller is your guy!

Morris Miselowski – Business Futurism / Jarrod Watt – Australia / Dr. Merrin Pearse and Dr. Michael Lau – Hong Kong amphibians

    主持人:Phil Whelan

Today on The Brew, we'll be mostly... boiling! Apart from that, join biz futurist Morris Miselowski live from Melbourne for a little chat all about the 'new' early learning, and technosymbiotic relationships. But, of course. Jarrod Watt may or may not turn up today, as he's in Australia is likely asleep. We'll see. Then, at 1:25 Dr. Merrin Pearse will talk to Dr. Michael Lau to talk about the role of Hong Kong amphibians in wetland conservation and climate change. Michael is an independent ecological consultant, having previously worked for WWF-Hong Kong and Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, and it's great to have him back on The Brew. Join us on Facebook live as well. Every weekday afternoon from 12 until 2... Only on Radio 3
