美國流行樂天后Beyoncé與丈夫饒舌歌王Jay Z於2014年首次攜手作巡迴演唱，本節目輯錄了他們在法國巴黎的壓軸演出。
這對世界樂壇頂尖歌手夫婦同是歷屆格林美獎的大贏家，是次演唱會包括多首橫掃全球的冠軍歌曲，例如：Crazy In Love, Run The World (Girls), Diva, Baby Boy, Pretty Hurts及 Young Forever 等。巡迴演出前，兩人特地拍了一齣以雌雄大盜為主題的微電影《Run》，呼應兩人於2002年的定情曲'03 Bonnie & Clyde。影片更加插兩人多年來的溫馨生活片段，包括2008年的婚禮、大女兒誕生及其幼年的歡樂時光。
本節目長達兩個小時，由獲得格林美音樂節目錄像獎的著名導演梭奇倫執導，製作陣容相當龐大。加上精彩的編舞、前衛的服飾及兩位天皇巨星的完美演繹，絕對是難得佳作。

On The Run: Beyonce & Jay Z - Live in Paris
This major musical event sees two of the world’s best performers and husband and wife team Beyoncé and Jay Z on stage together in front of 80,000 people at the Stade de France in Paris.
On The Run Tour marks the first time the couple has toured together on the same bill. 22-time Grammy winner Beyoncé and 21-time Grammy winner Jay Z perform more than 40 songs. The track list includes Crazy In Love, Run The World (Girls), Diva, Baby Boy, Pretty Hurts and Young Forever among many others. The concert also features home videos of the couple over the years including footage from the early days of their relationship, their wedding in 2008, through to personal snapshots of their daughter Blue Ivy.
Directed by Grammy-winning music video director, Jonas Åkerlund, using 20 cameras carefully positioned around the stadium, the film captures the slick choreography, extravagant costumes and the pitch perfect performances of these two megastars in crystal clear detail.
