The Second Agreement Concerning Amendment to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) Agreement on Trade in Services (Amendment Agreement II) signed between the Ministry of Commerce and the Hong Kong SAR Government has been implemented since 1 March 2025. It further opens up the services market of the Chinese Mainland to Hong Kong, enabling Hong Kong enterprises and professionals to enter the Chinese Mainland market with more preferential treatments. This episode invited representatives from three enterprises and institutions from telecommunications, tourism and legal sectors respectively to share their successful experiences in making use of the new CEPA measures to tap into the new business opportunities in the Chinese Mainland market.
