Manchester United's Hong Kong tour / Tariffs and business confidence

    主持人:Azam Khan and Mike Rowse

On Monday’s programme, we looked back at Manchester United’s recent Hong Kong tour.
The Red Devils returned to the SAR after a 12-year absence, playing a friendly match against Hong Kong, China at Hong Kong Stadium on Friday. They secured a convincing 3-1 victory, sparking hope among fans that this could mark the start of a resurgence — following a challenging few months for the English team.
Despite some key players like Andre Onana, defender Harry Maguire, and right back Diogo Dalot missing out on the action, fans were still excited to see other star players on the pitch.
This event also provided local footballers a chance to play against a world-class team, ahead of the Asian Cup Qualifiers against India at Kai Tak Stadium on June 10.
After the news, we looked at the latest developments surrounding US tariffs. A US trade court last week blocked President Donald Trump's "Liberation Day" tariffs from going into effect, but a federal appeal court subsequently paused the lower-court ruling and allowed them to stay for now.

9:05am-9:30am: Manchester United's Hong Kong tour
9:05am-9:30am: Nigel Lee, Secretary of the Official Manchester United Supporters’ Club Hong Kong

9:05am-9:30am: Derek Currie, former Hong Kong football legend and author of “When Jesus came to Hong Kong”

    9:33am-10:00am:  Tariffs and business confidence

9:33am-10:00am: George Cautherley, former Vice-Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong

9:33am-10:00am: Chandran Nair, Founder of the Global Institute for Tomorrow
