2026-27 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Programme / Dangers of using unregistered medication / Fat's impact on brain health study / Mental impact of Gen Z photo retouching trend

On this programme, we speak to doctors on the latest influenza updates after the government procured approximately 1.3 million doses of vaccines for the 2026-27 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Programmes.
A pharmacist then tells us about the safety hazards of buying unregistered medicine from overseas. It comes as the Department of Health recently seized approximately 100 boxes of suspected unregistered medication across multiple districts, claiming to have pain-relieving effects.
After the break, we learn about research by the Polytechnic University that examined the impact different types of fat has on a person's brain health.
And to wrap up the show, we deep-dive into a recent survey from a local group that highlights a growing trend of self-criticism among our city's youth. The data reveals that nearly 70 percent of Gen Z regularly edit and retouch their photos before sharing them on social media.
