On Thursday's Backchat, we looked at the city's efforts to boost ecological conservation. The government announced last week that Hong Kong will soon have a new Wetland Park in the Northern Metropolis.
We found out about how the development could boost ecological tourism and enhance the area's biodiversity.
After the break, we learnt about PolyU's latest Junior Research Mentoring Programme and how it's nurturing the younger generation. Students from both local and international schools took part in the programme, which included land surveying, biomedicine and other specialities.
