On this programme, we review the report by the Independent Committee on last year's deadly fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po. Lawmakers breakdown the newly announced reform package that addresses shortcomings from crack down on bid-rigging activities, to establishing a centralised database to improve data sharing across departments.
After the break, we look back at the fifth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, that was held in Beijing.
And to wrap up, we explore a University of Hong Kong festival that unites researchers and local artists to create projects for public participation in humanities research.
