    On this programme, we speak with experts to find out what they expect from the SAR’s first Five-Year Plan and the Policy Address this year.

    After the break, the chairman of the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health tells us why cigarette packs will have to get a plain look starting in March next year.

    And finally, we turn our attention to golf as Liv Golf has recently filed for bankruptcy protection after losing the backing of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. How can the tour bounce back?

    Proposed amendments to the Building Management Ordinance / Trump vaccine order / Proposal to relocate United Christian Hospital's obsteterics department / PolyU's AI-powered virtual patient simulation

    On this programme, we speak to a lawmaker about the government launching a one-month public consultation on amending the Building Management Ordinance. The aim is to further enhance participation of property owners in building management as well as transparency of decision-making.
    We then turn our focus to the United States where Donald Trump recently signed an executive order calling for fewer routine vaccines for kids. The decision sparked a backlash from health officials, saying it goes against "decades of evidence".
    After the break, another lawmaker joins the show to talk about why United Christian Hospital's obstetric unit might relocate to Tseung Kwan O Hospital.
    And to wrap up the show, we learn about a system developed by a research team from Hong Kong Polytechnic University that can predict the potential effectiveness of different cancer treatment options, helping healthcare teams formulate more precise and personalised medical solutions.
