    Student numbers are already down more than 15,000 compared with a year earlier — and many more are expected to leave over the summer.

    On Tuesday's Backchat, the New Legal Year and the latest between US and Taiwan.

    Speaking at the ceremony which marks the beginning of Legal Year 2021, the Secre-tary Justice Teresa Cheng said " Doxxing activities towards judges and other persons involved in the administration of justice was on the rise and must be curtailed. "

    The Chief Justice, Andrew Cheung, has also condemned unfounded attacks on judg-es, saying an independent and impartial judiciary must be maintained in Hong Kong.
