On Friday’s Backchat, we're talking about global security -- ahead of tomorrow's 20th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks against the United States.

In Afghanistan the Taliban, who were driven out of power after 911, are back in control, and have declared a new interim government, saying they want to live peacefully, and "don't want any internal or external enemies.”

Two decades on from the attacks in the US, where are we now? How has global security changed in that period? We'll be asking several experts.
