On Brunch on Monday 23rd March we’re talking about outdoor learning and play, and why getting children outside is so important for their physical health, confidence, learning and emotional wellbeing. Chris Furnell from Backyard Gang Hong Kong will be in the studio to tell us more at 10.30am.
Then at 11am, we’ll be discussing ADHD in women and relationships, why ADHD is often missed in women, how it can show up differently in adulthood, and how it can affect communication, emotions and self-esteem. Clinical psychologist Dr Quratulain Zaidi will be joining us in the studio.
And before we wrap up the programme, Radio 3’s Raphael Blet will be in the studio to talk about some interesting stories happening around our city.
