Today on Brunch, just after 10:30, Cruz is joined by filmmakers Daphné Mandel and Guy Bertrand to discuss their documentary Cha Guo 茶粿 — a portrait of rural village life in Hong Kong that explores craftsmanship and community. After 11, Cruz is joined by coach and leadership facilitator Charlotte from Unleash Infinite Potential to talk about overcoming the 'midyear hump' as we head into that part of the year still seems to stretch endlessly ahead.
