After 10am on Brunch this Friday, Barrister Caroline Langley is in studio to revisit one of the most captivating cases of her career — a military court martial held at HMS Tamar more than thirty-five years ago involving two Gurkha soldiers. After recently rediscovering her handwritten notebooks from the trial, Caroline found herself transported back to a case that raised fascinating questions about justice, culture, identity and what can happen when different traditions and worldviews meet in the courtroom.
