    Welcome to Friday's Brunch with Noreen. At 10.10 we're chatting with fitness coach Nathan Solia about foot pain. After 11, we're talking to Rinkoo Ramchandani, a committee member of Women in Publishing, along with Maureen Tai, one of the contributors of their anthology (a poet/ writer/ artist). We'll be hearing about their 23rd issue of the women’s writing & art anthology, "Imprint", the oldest of its kind in the city, promoting writing in English.  Do get in touch with your song requests and comments on Facebook.

    After 10, we had author and stress therapist Lisa Glasgow join us to talk about Learning To say "No" nicely, and her book...'Why Being Good is Bad For Us'. Then at 10:30 we had in studio KaiChin Chang and Diana Jou - the author and illustrator of Thank You Auntie, a children's book celebrating aunties/helpers and all the amazing ways they help us, and the special relationship they have with the children they take care of. Andrew Dembina was on the line with his weekly food and drink chit chat. Finishing up at 11:30, we had Tricia Yap, functional nutritionist and personal trainer from LimitlessHealth, and Susie Watts, clinical psychologist, in studio to talk about Positive Psychology, Middle Age Eating Disorders and the Rise of Ozempic.
