This week, we hear from Colin Whittington, the chairman of the Athletic Veterans Hong Kong (AVOHK). A former British Army veteran, we learn more about his story, running journey both in and out of the city, and his commitment to AVOHK since its inception in 1982. Later, we learn more Dragon Boat Festival in Hong Kong by catching up with some of the best athletes in the game. Stay tuned for a conversation with Ivan Tam and Derek Kam of the Dragon Boat Team and the University of Hong Kong, who gave Carlos a quick tour of their training ground in preparation for the big races.
