Paul and Carolyn (AKA the Pop Fugitives) are plotting to make their Escape every Sunday morning between 9 and 1.
Join them on the Sunday Escape to hear the best in new music, including three tracks from their album of the week, along with a carefully curated selection of classics, plus interviews with guests from all over the city and beyond. There’s also occasional live music in the studio and all the details of upcoming music events in Hong Kong.
On top of all that is “Biscuit Review”, now a Sunday Escape institution, a feature perfectly designed to complement the most eclectic mix of music on Radio 3.

That’s accompanied by whatever else the Pop Fugitives have in their record bags, which includes as part of the regular features music from Action Biker in Sweeping The Nation, as well as a chamber-pop rendition of a classics Associates single as the Sunday Cover Supplement. There’s also another Super Clever Music Quiz, the usual chat, and some truly amazing biscuits!
