    簡介

    GIST

    主持人:Phil Whelan

Every weekday from noon, The Brew is a chat and music show. Hosted by Phil Whelan, guests include regular contributors and drop-ins, who span topics from current affairs to cookery, sport, the arts, technology, and music... lots of music. For 19 years, Phil has presented 'Morning Brew', but now that we've moved to the lunchtime spot, all we need to change is the name. We have the same MB crew coming to you on the same days, and we're open for business... as usual.

Dave Wilkinson - Brewed in HK / Neil Runcieman - Vietnam / Chef Jason Black - West African food

It’s Thursday and time for The Brew. Good to be back with you. As usual we will start with a handful of fabulous 'Brewed in HK' tracks. Today they've been chosen by our friend Dave Wilkinson, who does most of his musical brewing in Lamma. At 12:40 our man in Vietnam, Neil Runcieman, joins us for his slightly later than normal weekly update. Catch him on Facebook live if you can. At 1:25 in his new weekly slot, Chef Jason Black… is back, live from the Western Cape of South Africa. He’s just returned from a trip to Sierra Leone and today he wants to tell you how to make some awesome West African food. Do get in touch if you have any questions for him.

Morris Miselowski - Future industries / Neil Runcieman - Vietnam

    主持人:Phil Whelan

Welcome to Another Tuesday Brew. Today’s big question is, 'what does our biz futurist Morris Miselowski actually do?' as at the moment a lot of industries are talking to people like Morris about their future. Do some of them feel they are about to miss out on something? Do they maybe feel ill-prepared? We'll find out. At 12:40 Jarrod Watt Gives you all the latest from Down Under, with some smoking new Aussie music. Then, at 1:25 we are off to Vietnam to catch up with Bureau Chief-at-large Neil Runcieman, live from Ho Chi Minh City. Merrin Pearse was with us yesterday, just for this week, and you can see what he had to say on our Facebook page. Join Neil their live as usual this afternoon.
