Happy Thursday, and welcome to The Brew. It's time, once again, to check out some great 'Brewed in HK' tracks from more of Hong Kong's excellent bands and artists. Mark Rawson will supply the goodies this week. At 12:40 today, we'll hear from renowned Irish singer-songwriter Eleanor McEvoy, who is coming to Hong Kong next week. James Ross talked with her a few days ago, and we'll hear that, along with some of her wonderful songs. Then, at 1:25, live from South Africa, Chef Jason Black... is back! Today he's going to share the magic of his twist on a South African claasic: 'Naan'do's Chicken. You can find the recipe on our Facebook page.

Welcome to Wednesday. It's The Brew, and we'll start off on Tuesday night in New York with our friend Tracy Quan. Among other things, today we'll find out about the city's First Lady. Last weekend, Siem Reap hosted the Francophonie Village for three days, and it's guest of honour was the one and only (Canadian singer) Fabienne Thibeault. RTL France's Philippe Dova was likely the brains behind this, and he'll tell you all about it at 12:40. At 1:25 it's 'classical' music day with Paul Archibald, who joins us live from Bangkok. There's a whole lot more to English music of the early/mid 20th century than Elgar and 'rolling hills and meadows', and that's exactly what we'll discover and hear today.
