Every weekday from noon, The Brew is a chat and music show. Hosted by Phil Whelan, guests include regular contributors and drop-ins, who span topics from current affairs to cookery, sport, the arts, technology, and music... lots of music.
James in for Phil on The Brew for the next couple of weeks... and today we're in recovery mode on the day after the Sevens! Robbie McRobbie from Kai Tak Sports Park will be on at 12.10 to review the weekend's events, and then we'll be hearing again our chat from yesterday with the founder of the Hindley Street Country Club, Constantine Delo (photo) - they are possibly now the world's greatest covers band with over 2 billion views on line, and headlined the Sevens yesterday... Then after the One O'Clock news the irepressible Neil Runcieman will be live from Ho Chi Minh, with all that's hot in Vietnam...

Happy Monday. Welcome to The Brew. Robbie McRobbie joins us at 12:10 with this week's Kai Tak Sports Park happenings, and a few other sporty highlights. Then at 1:25, over to Ho Chi Minh City to catch up with our man on the ground, Neil Runcieman. Vietnam’s General Election wrapped up yesterday with a huge reported turnout, as voters picked the 500 Deputies to the 16th National Assembly, plus some 300,000 local council representatives - and made a nationwide party of the whole day. As usual, Neil joins us live on Facebook, so catch him there if you can.
