A lot of our songs are bitter sweet, such as jazz violinist and bandleader Ben Bernie bringing in Pat Kennedy to tell of a Faded Summer Love. The distinctive sound of the George Shearing Quintette gives us a September song from 1949, plus,there’s Nat King Cole, Al Bowlly with Geraldo, Tommy Dorsey, and Jack Leonard.
