The Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, under its principal conductor Sir Simon Rattle, performs a programme entirely dedicated to the American composer George Gershwin. Making his first appearance as soloist with the BRSO is pianist Kirill Gerstein now an American himself based in Berlin. He will perform the Concerto in F. The evening will also feature the overture to Let ’Em Eat Cake, the orchestral medley Porgy and Bess: Symphonic Picture arranged by Robert Russell Bennett, and the tone poem An American in Paris.

巴伐利亞電台交響樂團在其首席指揮歷圖的指揮下，呈獻一套致敬美國作曲家歌舒詠的精彩曲目。鋼琴家葛斯坦首度與樂團合作，送上歌舒詠的《F大調鋼琴協奏曲》。同場演出的作品還包括歌劇《讓他們吃蛋糕》序曲、由班尼特改編的《波姬與貝絲：交響音畫》，以及經典交響詩《一個美國人在巴黎》。
