大廚Gordon Ramsay到了墨西哥美食之都奧亞沙加～一個歷史傳統源遠流長的城市。他的目標是要拆解招牌傳統美食莫利醬的秘密。Gordon攀爬峭壁捕獵可吃之昆虫，在酷熱天氣中斬伐收割龍舌蘭，又向神級大師學藝烹調莫利醬。經過一週之歷險，Gordon前往挑戰墨西哥頂級名廚Gabriela Cámara，以其剛剛學懂的技藝，與之進行廚藝對決。

Gordon scales cliffs on the hunt for edible insects, chops down agave in the sweltering heat and learns how to make mole with a master.  After a week of adventures, Gordon goes head to head with one of Mexico's top-rated chefs, Gabriela Cámara to put his newfound skills to the test.
