    The Magic of Wings
Every parrot has a character of its own. The African grey named Baba Chicken is a gifted mimic and a born troublemaker. You always know she’s there when she calls out her signature lines: “Why do you keep looking at me?”, “Pork Chop Bun,” and “Walnut.” She loves to talk, and she loves to eat even more.

When Yoyo was sixteen, Baba Chicken entered her life. The family welcomed the new member with excitement—everyone except Yoyo, who felt as if an uninvited guest had moved in.
Over nine years of living together, everything slowly changed. Doubt turned into affection. As Yoyo cared for Baba Chicken, Baba Chicken was also by her side, growing with her. The parrot’s wit and playful spirit began to inspire Yoyo’s creative work and her dreams for the future.
Shan Shan’s story unfolds differently. She was drawn to the charm of lovebirds — their gentle calls and soft pastel feathers. Lovebirds are known to live in pairs, but Shan Shan never expected her own parrots to become a couple. Then one day in 2023, they built a nest and welcomed six little ones. The moment filled her with deep and lasting joy.
No matter what personalities these parrots display, both Yoyo and Shan Shan treasure every simple moment they share with them. Their days are never silent, often noisy, sometimes chaotic — but always filled with love and companionship beyond measure. This is the magic of wings.

      The Internship

      Dogs need to work too!
Happy, Cindy’s little poodle, is more than just a beloved pet—she’s a partner in a mission of care. A year ago, Happy passed the rigorous interview to become a therapy dog. Since then, Cindy and Happy have trained side by side, dreaming of joining the therapy dog team to bring comfort and healing to those in need.
More than a decade ago, Debbie Ngai was working as a social worker with teenagers. One day, she took a group of young people to volunteer at a dog shelter. To her surprise, she noticed how the presence of dogs softened the youth—making them more patient, more tolerant. That experience changed her life. Debbie went on to become a certified animal assisted therapist, and with her own dog, Pearl, she began helping children and teens struggling with emotional challenges or special learning needs. Through the simple yet powerful bond between human and dog, she witnessed hearts unlocking and lives being transformed.
But becoming a therapy dog is no easy task. The path involves interviews, classes, internships, and exams. Over the past year, Cindy and Happy have thrown themselves into preparation, working diligently toward their goal. In the end, will they succeed?

      Beyond Paradise

A fabulous twenty year career in wedding photography—yet photographer CM Leung says it was undone by a single regret. He had once captured countless radiant moments of life: the tears of bride and groom, the smiles of family and friends, the eternity of love and promise. His work earned him many international and local wedding photography awards. But five years ago, when his two beloved dogs passed away one after another, he realized that among the millions of shutter clicks, there were no images of simply being with them. The “missed moments” opened a wound in his heart that could not heal, and at the same time ignited the most important turning point of his life: he resolved to bear witness to every “moments not to be missed”.
CM Leung decided to step into corners forgotten by time, offering free family photo sessions for pets who are gravely ill and old, approaching the “Rainbow Bridge.” His lens especially lingers on local mongrel dogs—lives that wander quietly on the margins of the city. Though no one could stop the passing of time, through images traces of every journey of love can be preserved. This film records the photographer’s own process of healing, showing through his lens that local mongrels too can be seen, remembered, and cherished, bringing warmth to the families. They may seem ordinary, yet they change our understanding of love, life, death, and companionship. With his camera, he seeks to send blessings, respect, and gratitude to them before they cross the Rainbow Bridge.

The trio from then on became cat teachers of the school, giving lessons on life education to students as well as teachers.
