The annual Brands and Products Expo at Victoria Park has already started and will run until January 5th. With over 900 booths across 12 zones, including 50 food and wine stalls. There are grocery and noodles, ginseng and dried seafood, beauty and healthcare, and living and household products of various local brands.

One of the highlights is “Circus Plays”, which again brings together a number of top international and local circus troupes. Held at different locations in Tai Kwun, audiences can enjoy contemporary circus performances up close and free of charge.
The annual WinterFest returns to Statue Square in Central this year. The focus is certainly on the 20-meter-high, six-storey giant Christmas tree. Eight landmark buildings around Statue Square are joining forces for the first time to present the “Immersive Light Show in Central”, combining 3D projection, lighting effects and festive music.
Statue Square is like a winter town in a fairytale, filled with giant toys like airplanes, jeeps, spaceships, vintage clocks and puppets, and a miniature train operates every 20 minutes. There are also Christmas carol performances and Santa Claus meet-and-greet on designated days. There’s also a Christmas market, and Chater Road is turned into a “Starlight Boulevard”.
“Ancient Egypt Unveiled: Treasures from Egyptian Museums” at the Hong Kong Palace Museum is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition of ancient Egypt in Hong Kong’s history, featuring 250 ancient treasures, all of which are making their Hong Kong debut.
The exhibits come from seven prominent museums and recent archaeological sites in Egypt, ranging from statues of pharaohs and deities, painted mummy coffins, gold jewelry to animal mummies and everyday objects. Some of which are on display outside Egypt for the first time. The exhibition runs until August 2026.

World Table Tennis WTT Finals Hong Kong will be held at the Hong Kong Coliseum from December 10th to 14th, bringing together a host of top players to compete in men’s and women’s singles, and mixed doubles matches.
As the finale of the year in table tennis, this is the first time that the WTT finals will be held in Hong Kong. The total prize money has soared up to 1.3 million US dollars. Key players include China’s Wang Chuqin, Sun Yingsha and Wang Manyu; Japan’s Hina Hayata and the Harimoto siblings; and the Lebrun brothers from France. Among them, Wang Chuqin and Sun Yingsha also qualified for the mixed doubles with a wildcard. Hong Kong’s duo Wong Chun-ting and Doo Hoi-kem, who made the final eight at the National Games, will strive for the best results amidst the cheering of home fans.
The 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, NGD, and the 9th National Special Olympic Games, NSOG, will be held from December 8th to 15th, conducted in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
The NGD and NSOG consist of four categories for athletes with physical, intellectual, visual and hearing disability, with a total of 46 sports. Four competition events will be held in Hong Kong.
Clockenflap, one of Hong Kong’s largest international outdoor music and arts festivals, will once again be staged on the Central Habourfront from 5th to 7th December.
This year’s Clockenflap brings together hit acts that have gone viral with billions of traffic, including J-pop superstar Vaundy, Indonesian rap star Rich Brian, Passenger, the British independent folk singer-songwriter of 7- billion-stream “Let Her Go”, renowned American singer-songwriter Jeremy Zucker and more.
For local and Taiwan gems, there are singer-songwriters Panther Chan, Moon Tang and Jace Chan, and Yoga Lin. In addition, influencers JFFT, Lai Ying and Fama will collaborate with different local groups respectively.
The annual Business of Design Week will be held at the Convention and Exhibition Center from 1st to 6th December. Italy is the partner country this year, and the exhibition will explore how Italy creates world-class projects with its deep foundation and momentum in different fields such as art, architecture, fashion and manufacturing.
This year’s theme is “Curiosity Ignites Design Innovation”. The highlight event is the International Design Summit on December 3rd to 5th, bringing together more than 50 global creative leaders, entrepreneurs and decision-makers.
The second Hong Kong Fashion Fest runs from late November to December, with seven flagship events covering haute couture, digital fashion, denim culture, sustainability and more.
One of the highlights is the digital fashion exhibition, “Play, Pose & Pixel”, held at Airside in Kai Tak. Co-organized by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode and the Hong Kong Design Centre, it’s a crossover with Paris Fashion Week. It explores the future of fashion through augmented reality (AR) experiences.
