In support of the Government’s efforts to develop Hong Kong into a regional intellectual property (IP) trading hub, we have partnered with the Intellectual Property Department to present four case studies spanning trademarks, designs, patents and copyright. Through these cases, audiences will learn how IP stakeholders—including entrepreneurs, inventors, innovation and technology professionals, designers and creative-industry practitioners—can seize the opportunities and explore new possibilities. The cases also highlight Hong Kong’s robust legal system and wealth of professional expertise and resources, which enable it to provide competitive services for IP trading.
