When talking about “pepper” we have chillies that is both loved and hated by people, the green peppers kids usually hate,
yellow pepper and red pepper that are added to salad often eaten by health-conscious people in recent years. In fact, both chilli and Capsicum frutescens (also called sweet pepper) belong to the samefamily, just like blood brothers with different characters. There is a myth saying that green pepper can prevent cancer. In this episode, we will examine this “pepper” ingredient in detail.
The “Food Fanatics” will bring us to a local food factory for making chilli sauce. The chef host Mabel designs a healthy and tasty dish with sweet pepper and chilli sauce.
