On this programme, we speak with a lawmaker and an expert to learn more about the city's labour market. Authorities earlier said they had been conducting an analysis on AI's impact on Hong Kong's overall labour market. The study will be incorporated into the mid-term update of Manpower Projections, which is expected to be released at the end of this year.
After the break, we hear from another lawmaker on how Hong Kong can become a safe haven for international funds.
To wrap up the show, we look into research that's found that brisk interval walking once a week can significantly boost body fat reduction and cardiorespiratory fitness in adults with abdominal obesity.

On Monday's programme, we looked at the upcoming Asian Financial Forum, the region's premier finance event. The event will feature about 130 speakers, including Saudi Arabia's finance undersecretary and it will help Hong Kong continue to push the envelope in fintech and other financial innovations.
We then talked to the member of a team of disabled runners who took part in the Hong Kong Marathon yesterday to raise funds for, and to promote inclusivity in sport.
After the break, we turned our focus to Iran. Its Foreign Minister had declared that the internal situation is now under total control, following days of protests and threats of US military involvement.
