Water seepage detection mechanism / Dengue fever risk / El Niño forecasts / Beijing humanoid robot marathon

On this programme, a building surveyor tells us how a slate of new measures by the government is going to result in accurate and earlier detection of water seepages. The move is to streamline investigations that authorities are mulling as part of a pilot scheme to encourage landlords to address water leaks as soon as possible.

We then talk with a doctor on potential dengue fever risks after Hong Kong recorded first local case this year.

After the break, we focus on climate change, as scientists recently had forecast a moderate-or-stronger El Niño weather event in the coming months. A meteorologist will share his insights on how the event could raise the risk of higher global temperatures and extreme weather.
