    On today's programme, we took a closer look at the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Nigmatovich Aripov's official visit to Hong Kong earlier this month. We also looked ahead to Chief Executive John Lee's upcoming visit to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan to explore more business opportunities.

    After the break, we heard from University of Hong Kong researchers about their latest innovation that integrated advanced chemical sensing with artificial intelligence to monitor and detect cancer.
    And finally, we previewed the HKFC Standard Chartered Soccer Sevens that is set to take place over the weekend. Which team will come out on top?

    On this programme, we hear from the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data to get the latest on a recent data breach incident affecting a Kowloon Tong clubhouse. 

    We then tell you all about Hong Kong's first Russian cha chaan teng which recently had its grand opening ceremony, featuring a mix of Chinese and Russian cultural festivities.

    After the break, we take a closer look at how SAR authorities plan to accept applications for the sale of subsidized flats under the Home Ownership Scheme, Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme, and the White Form Secondary Market Scheme, starting from April 30.

    And lastly, a local think tank shares their latest annual housing landscape navigator report, analysing housing supply trends and overall property policy directions.
