    Policy Address review - Artificial intelligence / Birth

    On this programme, we continue with our coverage of Hong Kong's first five-year plan and the policy address delivered by Chief Executive John Lee.

    A lawmaker and a tech expert join us to discuss how the government can better promote AI adoption across industries while strengthening legal frameworks to detect and remove fraudulent, AI-generated content.

    After the break, we breakdown the 11 key measures in the Policy Address to boost childbirth rates. They include a one-off cash allowance of HK$30,000 for every baby after the first child, and an extension of a new born baby bonus of HK$20,000.

    After the break, the director of the Hong Kong Palace Museum tell us more details about the Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan.

    And finally, AI is truly everywhere -- Hong Kong University researchers have developed the world's first AI tool to identify fertile sperm to improve IVF outcomes.
